Auto Lubricating


Types used are radial piston (element) pump - rotating cam, in which the camshaft is rotated by electric motors 24 V DC. In the housing there is a single port 3 Inlet and outlet ports, each outlet port having a pump element. Element pump has a delivery rate that is different, so it can be replaced as needed lubricating pointnya.

Delivery rate is determined by the number of groove on the bolt head (wrench contact face), where the fewer number of groove, the delivery rate is even greater, as the table below:


Intake stroke

Pump element is rotated by the cam (1), when the intake stroke, tension spring (3) would push back the delivery piston (2), so that the inlet port is open. While the check valve (4) is closed due to the power tension springnya. Thus, the grease can get into the pump chamber through the second inlet port element.

Pressure stroke

When the pressure stroke, cam (1) presses and swiping delivery piston (3) to the left direction of the arrow, thereby closing the second inlet port and the grease in chamber pump element opening the check valve (4). Thus the delivery piston (2) will supply the appropriate amount of grease to the lubrication system path.

Lincoln Product

Type that in Centro Matic lubrication system used was Reciprocating Cylinder and Pump, Air operated hydraulic pump or pump operated.
Reciprocation solenoid work ON-OFF to drain the pressure oil or wind kesisi head and bottom alternately, thus a reciprocating piston cylinder will produce a movement up and down, which in turn is used moving the rod piston grease pump up and down to suck the grease from the reservoir and memompakannya toward injector.

Injector

Centro Matic injector is used in the lubrication system Lincoln product, the injector is used for each lubricating point, and the amount of flow at each point lubricating grease can be set with the adjustment screw (1), to obtain a suitable lubrication effect. If there is damage to the pump, manual greasing can be done through the grease fitting (7), and also can determine normality injectors work, taking into account up-down movement of the piston (plunger) (2) through the hole on the adjustment screw.

Pressure build-up and lubrication phase
Completion of lubrication phase
Pressure relief phase.


Vent Valve

Vent valve used on Centro Matic lubrication system Lincoln product, the system is installed between the grease pump and injectors, and works based pilot wind pressure or oil, depending on the system used. If pressure grease has reached 2500+ psi, the pressure switch becomes ON, and the current heading Solenoid will be eliminated, so that the circuit does not receive supply pressure pump (oil or wind), as a result of pressure the pressing pilot vent valve also fell. So that the vent valve being open and connect the output of grease pump with reservoir and pressurenya down to 0, thus the subsequent charging process grease (gb.4) can be repeated. (see circuit below).


Pressure Switch

Pressure switches installed at Centro Matic lubrication system Lincoln product, the terminal will be linked (Closed) when the grease pressure to 2500 psi and activate a relay, to break the current to the solenoid. Consequently grease pump does not work as described in the above explanation .no.3 Vent valve.


Controller Timer

Vogel Product & Lincoln Product using the automatic timer controller lubricating system for a set length of time of injection (pump running- contact) and the length of time between injection (monitoring interval pause), so we get lubrication Affect effective and efficient.

Automatic Lube

A lubrication system which is used to supply grease to all the components are interconnected in accordance with the amount of lubricating necessary, with a time interval set automatically. Greasing process is performed at the operating unit thus reducing the time required for maintenance of the unit.

Lube Penetration Operating Pressure Grease Pump Operating Pressure

Grease ability to go between the estrangement between the two components pertaining to lubricate contacts, so there is no wear and tear. So that grease can penetrate properly, the types of grease adjusted as needed based on grade penetration, and certain operating pressure.




The maximum pressure in the grease lubricating system when the system works and is set automatically by the installation of a pressure limit switch will be ON when the setting is reached pressureuntuk stop the pump working. While the current system abnormality occurs, so the pump is always working, then the relief (safety) valve will release the pressure abnormal.


The necessary tools :

Multitester 
The tools used to measure the voltage (LV), current (Ampere), the resistance (Ohm) on the electrical system.

Pressure Gauge 

The tools used for measuring the oil pressure in the system and hydraulic steering.Unit: kg / cm2, Mpa
 

Injector Leakage 
Visual check: If there is a leak, did reseal the seal kit standard.

Vent Valve Leakage 

Visual check: If there is a leak, did reseal the seal kit standard.

Injector Stroke 

Visual check: If the plunger or piston can be moved up and down when the lubricating process, meaning the injector is working normally.

Maximum lube Pressure


Post a T-adapter on the outlet port block DEVIDER or injector, pressure gauge and connect with grease.
If the pressure is great, the possibility of a deadlock on a track of grease, so it needs being checked manually to ensure the location or cause of the deadlock.
 

Operating pressure for grease can be seen on the pressure gauge installed on the system, whereas if you want to make sure normal operating pressurenya, can be mounted T adapters then connected with a pressure gauge grease. Measure pressurenya when the system is active injection cycle. Maximum operating pressure is determined by the limit pressure switch as the regulator solenoid pump working.


Bleeding & By-pass Test

-Fill Lube reservoir with grease, if necessary-Open All plug and connector output port on the injector manifold (devider block)-Aktikankan Grease pump until the grease flows out through one of the plug or connector, then tighten one by one.-repeat Langah above 3 times until all lanes filled grease and tighten all plug and connector.

Injector

Injector can diadjust ability to deliver as much grease 0:13 until 1:31 cc cc for each injection cycle and is determined by the length of the piston injector steps that can be set by adjusting screw on the top of the housing.-Rotate Adjusting screw clockwise to increase the delivery quantity-Rotate Adjusting screw clockwise to reduce the delivery quantity (grease)Currently there is no pressure in the injectors, injector delivery maximum quantity may be obtained by turning the adjusting screw adusting opposite screw until the plunger touches the adjusting screw. In the delivery condition of the maximum quantity, thread (screw) in the adjusting screw along about 9.7 mm. If it exceeds likely to escape.
